If your parcel’s actual dimensions or weight differ from what was declared on the consignment note, we’ll notify you via email.
The email will include:
1. Your tracking number
2. The additional amount to be paid
3. A payment link for quick settlement
4. The revised dimensions or weight for your reference
If payment for the additional charges is not received within 7 days of the email notification, we will proceed to return the parcel to you. Return charges will be incurred in the event a parcel is returned to the sender.
To avoid delays, please ensure your parcel’s dimensions and weight are correct before shipping.
